Membership Renewal Information - Pool Season 2019
Dear Waugh Chapel Swim Club Members:
 
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the roll out of our new membership management software EZFacility. Not only will EZFacility make managing memberships easier, members will now have access to their own member portal through EZFacility’s Self-Service. Using Self-Service, members can update contact information, sign the membership agreement, and pay annual maintenance fees. In the next few months, online registration will be available for parties, swim team, dive team, and many of our social events. Members will also be able to download an app on their smartphones which will have information regarding the operating status of the pool, an events calendar, and more!
 
If you are a current, permanent member, you will receive a separate email invitation from Waugh Chapel Swim Club inviting you to sign up for Self-Service. Before you sign up for Self-Service, please take a moment to read through this email, the Self-Service Instructions Sheet, and the Membership Agreement & Media Waiver.  The Membership Agreement and Media Waiver must be signed (electronically or physically) and on file before you will be allowed to enter the facility.
 
Important Information & Due Dates:
  • Early Bird Maintenance Fee – $522.50 – April 1, 2019
    • Pay online using Self-Service.  If you choose this option, you will also electronically sign the Membership Agreement and Media Waiver.
    • You may also send a check to our PO Box. Envelopes must be postmarked by April 1, 2019. 
      • If paying by check, print out and sign the attached Membership Agreement & Media Waiver and include it with your payment.
    • Contact membership@wcswimclub.org to arrange a cash payment.

  • Two Payment option – $275 x 2 payments – April 1, 2019/May 15, 2019
    • First Payment: pay online using Self-Service or send a check to our PO Box.  Payment must be postmarked by April 1, 2019.
    • Second Payment: pay online using Self-Service or send a check to our PO Box. Payment must be postmarked by May 15, 2019.
      • If paying by check, print out and sign the attached Membership Agreement & Media Waiver and include it with your payment.
    • Contact membership@wcswimclub.org to arrange a cash payment.

  • Regular Maintenance Fee – $550 – May 15, 2019
    • Pay online using Self-Service. If you choose this option, you will also electronically sign the Membership Agreement and Media Waiver.
    • You may also send a check to our PO Box. Envelopes must be postmarked by May 15, 2019. 
      • If paying by check, print out and sign the attached Membership Agreement & Media Waiver and include it with your payment.
    • Contact membership@wcswimclub.org to arrange a cash payment.

  • Late fees go into effect in accordance with the Membership Handbook guidelines on May 16, 2019.

  • Our mailing address is PO Box 212, Gambrills, MD 21054.  Checks should be made payable to WCSC.

As with any big change within an organization, there are bound to be some growing pains. Our EZExperts on the Board have worked hard to make sure that everything has been checked and double checked so that this transition is smooth, but please remember that the EZExperts are human. If you have any difficulty signing up or did not receive an invitation to Self-Service, send an email to help@wcswimclub.org with your full name and member number (if known).
