Need Help Paying Your Annual Dues?
By now, you should have received an invitation to enroll in our new pool membership management system – EZFacility.  Using this new software, members will now have access to their own member portal through EZFacility’s Self-Service. Using Self-Service, members can update contact information, sign the membership agreement, and pay annual maintenance fees – ALL ONLINE!
Since rolling this program out, members have had a few questions. We hope the following FAQs will help:


Question: I haven’t received the invitation to Self-Service, but I’m getting emails from the Communications Director. What gives?
Answer: WCSC is still in the process of migrating and updating data to EZFacility. Currently, newsletters are sent using MailChimp, a separate communication system. When the membership data was migrated to EZFacility, the original email that was provided to WCSC way back when you joined the pool is what was imported into EZFacility. Moving forward, only members will receive communications from WCSC, which is why it is important to set up your Self-Service account and include an accurate email address. Note: with Self-Service you can update your email address at any time so we always have the most current contact information.  Self-Service is also how you can add email addresses for other members of your family.
Question: How do I get an invitation to Self-Service?
Answer: If you are a current, permanent member of WCSC and you have not received your invitation to Self-Service, send an email to  We will update your membership record with the email address you specify and resend the invitation.  Once you receive the invitation, follow the Self-Service Instructions Sheetto set up your account.  Note: This sheet also includes instructions regarding paying your annual maintenance fee.
Question: I’m set up on Self-Service. Where’s my invoice? How do I pay?
Answer: Now that we have EZFacility, paying your dues is easier than ever. That said, your invoice will not automatically pop up*. To pay your dues after you set up Self-Service, start with Step 8 on Page 6 of the Self-Service Instructions Sheet.  Don’t forget, all members must sign the Membership Agreement & Media Waiver (electronically or physically) and have it on file before you or anyone in your family will be allowed to enter the facility.

Question: Is there a fee to pay with my credit card?
Answer: No, there are no additional fees to use your credit card.
Question: Do I have to pay my dues online using EZFacility?
Answer: No. You can still mail your payment to P.O. Box 212, Gambrills, MD 20154. See details on payment options below.
Question: If I pay by check, do I still need to set up a my member portal through EZFacility’s Self-Service?
Answer: Yes. Even if you don’t use Self-Service to pay online, you still need to register your membership and family information using Self-Service.

Important Dues Information & Due Dates:

  • Early-Bird Maintenance Fee – $522.50 – payments must be made by April 1
  • Two Payment option – $275 x 2 payments – first payment due April 1/second payment due: May 15, 2019
  • Regular Maintenance Fee – $550 – Payment due May 15, 2019 or late fees will be incurred

    • Pay online using Self-Service. If you choose this option, you’ll be able to electronically sign the Membership Agreement and Media Waiver.

    • You may also send a check(s) to P.O. Box 212, Gambrills, MD 20154.  Checks should be made payable to WCSC. Envelopes must be postmarked by the above dues dates respectively.
    • Contact to arrange a cash payment – PLEASE DO NOT MAIL A CASH PAYMENT.
