The May 15 Deadline to Renew Your Membership is Around the Corner…Here Are Some Tips for Paying Your Dues

If you still need to pay your membership dues, these quick steps below will help you. By now, you should have received an invitation to enroll in our new pool membership management system – EZFacility. If you need the email sent to you, contact help@wcswimclub.org.

Please note: THERE IS NO INVOICE THIS YEAR. Assuming you have already set up your membership portal in EZFacility’s Self-Service, you are ready to follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to EZFacility.
  2. Click Buy.
  3. Click Memberships.
  4. Choose your payment option.
  5. Check out – just like you were buying something on Amazon – look for your cart.
  6. If paying online, enter your credit card information and submit.
  7. Don’t forget to click “Complete Checkout”

Paying by credit card is the best option – there’s no fee and it’s quick, just enter your digits and be done with it!

Want to Pay the Old-Fashioned Way?

Eventually, you will have to register your membership and family using EZFacility, but if right now you just want to get your payment in the mail, you can also mail a check to P.O. Box 212, Gambrills, MD 21054. Do not mail cash!!  Dues information and payment options can be found here.

Everyone has to sign the Membership Agreement & Media Waiver either electronically or physically and have it on file at the pool before they can enter the facility.

We hope this helps you with your payment options for this year’s membership fees. Once we get past the initial set up this first year, going forward, having an online membership portal will be easy and convenient.
