Rules and Contact Information for Parties at the Pool


Contact Marian Newell at marianenewell@yahoo.com to schedule a birthday party or any other party to be held at Waugh Chapel Swim Club.


Pool Party Rules:

1. Individual member’s parties have a 3 hour time limit-please leave your area when the time is up.
2. Party Reservations for space is as follows:
*Up to 15 Party Guests: $30
*15 to 30 Party Guests: $75
*30 to 50 Party Guests: $150

3. Decorations may only be put up around your 3 tables’ area.
4. No confetti of any sort may be used.
5. The member must make all guests aware of the rules.
6. The area must be cleaned up and all trash needs to be placed in the trash bags, which will be provided when you enter for the party. Please place the filled trash bags and pizza boxes in the dumpster. The member will be assessed a clean-up fee of $50 if this is not complete.
7. Maximum of 3 tables in the area selected.
8. A list of all attendees must be given to the front desk prior to the start of the party. Guests will NOT be allowed to enter until the gate attendant has the list.
9. Children 4 and up/potty trained are allowed in the main pool; please remember this when planning a party.
10. Swim diapers are the only kind of diapers allowed in the baby pool.
11. All parties must be booked through Marian Newell; confirmation, via email will be given to you by Marian upon booking the party.
12. The dates and party areas are first come first serve basis.
13. There is absolutely NO EATING on the decks of the pools.
14. The member who booked the party is responsible for the guest attending.
15. Please remember to notify Marian Newell as soon as possible if you need to cancel your party. You may call her at 410-695-5671.
16. The party time slots are as follows:
*noon to 3pm
*3pm to 6pm
*6pm to 9pm



**Please remember: to ensure the safety of the members and guests, the rules need to be followed and explained to those attending the party.**

Private Parties

This year we will allow private parties. If there are more than 50 guests in your party, you must book a private party. These parties are after hours; Sunday through Saturday from 9pm to midnight, pending availability.
