Our staff members have spent many years devoted to pursuing excellence in their field and have attained a certain level of expertise to qualify them as instructors and trainers.

Through extensive training, certification and dedication, our staff has attained mastery in their fields and now enjoy sharing their skill and passing it on to our members. Here are a few of Waugh Chapel Swim Club's staff members:

My daughter has been diving for three summers and this will be my second year running the program. I am a certified judge with the Central Maryland Dive league and absolutly love it.

My name is Stephanie Shapard and I am very happy to voted in as the WSCS Membership Representative for 2009/2010. My family and I have been living in the Odenton/Gambrills area for 6 years. My husband and I both grew up in the Four Seasons. Before staying home with my son Christopher, I had several years experience as an Office Manager for a wide variety of organizations. We love the WCSC and I am sure you will see me and my family there frequently. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Marian is a stay-at-home mother of four girls; Sabrina, Emily, Catie, and Mandy Jo. She has served as President of her children's PTA Board for two years. Prior to that, she served as the fundraising chair for two years. In her professional life; before kids; she was a corporate meeting planner and has expereince planning many parties and functions. She looks forward to planning many fun and different events for the membership.

Claire Behr  (Member-At-Large)
Claire Behr has been a member of the Waugh Chapel Swim Club for the past five years. Claire has three girls that use the pool frequently and are a visible fixture at the pool. Please feel free to seek her out if you have any questions or concerns. Claire has a background in retail operations, but is currently employed at a local health facility and runs the children's fitness program there. Claire holds various positions on her children's PTA, home-owners association, and the local Knights of Columbus.
